Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for woven wire screens and related components
• Design and improve production layouts, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Collaborate with product engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and new product introductions
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, work instructions, and process documentation
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues
• Specify and support the installation of new equipment and technology
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality

Required Profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 38 years of manufacturing engineering experience (preferably in metal fabrication, weaving, welding, or precision assembly)
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process capability analysis
• Knowledge of GD&T and quality systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities
• Authorized to work in the United States
