Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for woven wire screens and related components
- Design and improve production layouts, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Collaborate with product engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and new product introductions
- Create and maintain BOMs, routings, work instructions, and process documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues
- Specify and support the installation of new equipment and technology
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality

Required Profile
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 38 years of manufacturing engineering experience (preferably in metal fabrication, weaving, welding, or precision assembly)
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process capability analysis
- Knowledge of GD&T and quality systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
