Job Description:
The Field Service Technicians with previous experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and the installation of industrial liquid filling equipment. In this role, you will provide customer support by performing preventive maintenance, service, installation, commissioning, training, and consultation at various customer locations. To do well in this role you should be flexible, have advanced mechanical, electrical and PLC skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of equipment at customers facility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting of equipment
- Conduct inspection visits and purchase service and installation materials if required
- Perform service procedures within the scheduled time
- Conduct customer and end-user on-site training
- Read and interpret electrical documentation, hardware drawings and program terms for troubleshooting
- Read and comprehend plant drawings and layouts
- Assist in the assembly department if required
- Prepare service reports and complete and submit all service documentation according to company guidelines
- Work with an international team including affiliate companies
- Perform all work in compliance with safety standards and guidelines
- Perform any other related tasks.
Required Skills:
- Technical degree (preferred) with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Advanced technical skills
- Advanced knowledge of PLCs, touch panels (Siemens or Allen Bradley) is required
- Servo drives (e.g., SEW), Bus systems (Wago or Turck), weighing technology is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under minimal supervision
- A high level of detail and accuracy
- Teamwork oriented
